What if I don't get any leads?+
We don't promise a specific number of leads — customer demand varies by month and area. What we control is your shop's visibility: paid plans get better search placement, faster delivery windows, and exposure across more ZIP codes. If a month is slower than you'd like, downgrade or cancel anytime — no contracts, no penalties.
What's the real difference between Free and Basic?+
Free gets you a complete-looking profile in search results (logo, description, hours, specialties) but no customer leads come to you. Basic delivers actual customer inquiries — the people MatchWrench matches to your shop reach out directly.
Can I change plans?+
Yes — anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrade to start receiving more leads next billing cycle, or downgrade if you need less. No long-term contracts, no penalties.
How do leads work?+
A customer searches MatchWrench, sees your profile, and fills out a contact form with their car details and what they need. You get notified by email (and SMS if you opt in) and reach out within your tier's delivery window. The customer's contact info is yours to keep.
When am I charged?+
Free is always free — no card required. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial requiring a card on file. After the trial, your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
What if I run a shop that does multiple types of work?+
Pick the category that represents most of your revenue. You can list specialty services across categories on your profile. You can change your primary category from your dashboard later if your mix shifts.
